Beautiful and convenient location. Parking is not user friendly, but once you get checked in the garage is nice.

Great location, good price, friendly staff, above average kitchen (breakfast). Looking forward to next year (hopefully) when the streetcar to downtown is open!

The bathroom needs updating, the toilet was low and the shower had backup issues when the shower was turned on. The shower head leaked.

The hotel was filthy and smelled horrible. The elevator door did not open all the way, there was no coffee pot in the coffee maker, your feel stuck to the carpet in your room. The windows form our room did not look outside, instead the windows openned up to the breakfast buffet.

We are in communication with the company that services it, and they have had to order something for repairs.I do apologize if your room had an odor. I did see that you were moved to another suite that was on a higher floor than the breakfast area. We have had our maintenance staff go in to take care of the carpet. It seems that something was spilled on it. I am not sure if you asked someone about the coffee makers, but they do not require pots anymore. You simply place your cup under it. Our hotel is very unique and we try to make sure that everyone leaves happy. I apologize that you did not. We hope that if you do return to the area, you come back and try us again.

I was denied a room that I had reserved when checking in. Service was unfriendly and unhelpful. I will never try to stay here again.
