Main water pipe broke, had no water or elevator. Walked down and up all those flights of stairs. I felt bad for the old people who came down to the lobby from the upper floors to inquire what was happening.
Staff was mixed. Had a staff that i observed to be very professional and patient. One was cross armed and kept directing guests to the manager. No apologies or compensation from hotel management after I emailed them the next day.

Quiet and peace fully staff is helpful and the vallet was great

The claridge experience this time was the oppisite of what i had the first.time.I frlt that where they kept the black people was all the way in the back and the ither prople got wuality rooms. My first toom had poor view and ni ice machine wotking..very noisey.abd i had to compksin it was that bad.Then thry fave me another toom that was worst ..construction fone on floor with sheet rock dust on the floor andcin the air...ice machine out if order..vending machine not on and working view of parking lot .i took pictures of all theses things...I ask her how many rooms in the place a d she said 400 i said so why cant i get a descent room she said i had to take it up with expedia as the 3rd party her hands was tied .Then i told her to check what i paid and she saw i paid the furst time over $278 for my stay with no issues.so after me complsining tsking my bags ip and down she gave me a room...and i settled for it.I need to complsin to higher ip people and they charged my card teice 136 twice thstvi had to call and complsin abiut..the experience was the worst.
