The door handle only operated by pull up, not down, making it difficult with luggage. The shower curtain was mildewed and the smell was terrible There was a high-pitched whine in the bathroom that was horrible, but with the door closed, was tolerable in the room. I took my shoes off upon entry, but the bath mat ended up visibly dirty from the dirt on the floors. The “breakfast” was extremely limited and there wasn’t even any pepper out, much less hot sauce or salsa. The “business nook” computer didn’t work The laundry didn’t work. I won’t be staying here again.

The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The choices for breakfast were few, they didn't have butter for the waffles, the beverages (2) were room temperature. At 8am there was only 2 pieces of sausage left and no one to be found to replenish the very few choices of food. When someone was asked about the sausage they were very rude. The refrigerator in our room made a loud noise every time the compressor kicked on. You can tell they are trying to update the rooms but, whoever is doing the work is doing a sorry job. Asked for more towels and rags and was told I had to turn the dirty ones in first to receive clean ones. I travel a lot and have never heard of such. First & LAST time at this property

Tv reception was terrible. Carpet in room was filthy. Breakfast was disgusting. One elevator was broken, the other elevator did not give two people time to get on or off before the doors closed. The only good thing was the price.

First room was very dirty and it seemed someone was smoking prior to our arrival. Few cockroaches in the bathroom areas . Not a functional bulb light.A new room was requested and everything came back to life.
