Was a great experience and would recommend staying for sure. Much nicer and safer than a hotel and a lot more room:)

The place is managed by a third party agency Drifter Travel. The check-in is complicated and time consuming. In order to check, you would need to download another third party app to get the code. The check-in manual is very long. Most questions were answered quickly, but not the important ones. This third party agency doesn't have enough information to provide to the client, which is not convenient.

As stated in our description of our property, we use a smart lock which has an app to allow you access to our property. This is explained in our check in guide which you may not have taken the time to read, and thus this caused complications to your stay. Our doors have both a code that can be used or a smart app that can be used. We provide both for the most convenience. You did not once try to contact us with any questions that you may have at the provided contact phone number during your stay. We would gladly have helped you where you had any questions.
