Every time I stay there there’s some type of issue. This time they ran out of room keys with a long line. Had to wait for someone to go get some from another hotel. When they came back, none of those keys were programmed to work at that hotel so we waited for nothing & security had to take us 1 by 1 to our rooms. Never did get a working key. Glad I only stayed 1 night this time

Housekeeping was awful. Shampoo and conditioner was empty, never refilled. Only a two bath towels. By night four they only gave us a total four hand towels and our one dirty bath towel. No wash cloths, bath mat, or additional bath towels. Desk said they were having a problem. Asked to speak to a manager. They said there was no one available, but that they were hiring a new general manager. Asked for four days to get the safe working. Each day they said it "was on the list", but it was never fixed. No ironing board to use with their iron, one was delivered on day 3. They said a manager would contact us, but no one did. Each time we went into the parking deck there seemed to be someone smoking something in a dark corner. Employees perhaps? The room was in need of a good cleaning and touchup repairs. I have stayed at Embassy Suites before, including this one, where the facility was clean and well managed. This has become a location of a lesser quality than deserving the Hilton brand.

Our experience was disappointing. The guests above us were very loud, and despite notifying the front desk, no action was taken to address the issue. Additionally, the bathroom sink was not properly cleaned, as there was still hair left behind. To make matters worse, the hotel frequently ran out of washcloths and towels, which was inconvenient. Overall, it fell short of expectations.

Terrible front desk staff. Everything’s overpriced
