This hotel is in an excellent location and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffets were excellent. The fitness centre is small but well-equipped. The onsite parking was convenient.
The rooms, however, failed to meet our expectations. The safe didn’t work, the hairdryer was too weak to dry hair, the conditioner container in the shower was empty, there was no mini-fridge and there was a permanent dark ring in the bathroom sink.
The shelving units were ridiculous. Pointy-edged grey boxes that stuck out in all the wrong places. All three of us managed to bang our heads on the shelving units during our three-night stay.
The room was also dark.
We like Scandinavian hotels but this one needs a renovation - or at the very least, basic maintenance.

Very happy with location, room and service.
Posted 6 Aug 2024 on HotelsSpacious and modern room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. No wardrobe, just 4 hangers on a small rail. The window opens, so we can get some fresh air. No fridge.
The location is excellent. We walked to most places we visited except to the new Aarhus Ø district and to the Infinite Bridge.
Breakfast was good, but the only fresh fruit was watermelon. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Overall, we wete happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

No fan or air , hot ….
