A beautiful house and very kind hosts! Breakfast was delicious and we loved learning some of the history of the home. The bedrooms were very comfortable.

Peaceful and relaxing

Pros: Super clean bathrooms with all amenities
Cons: Was perfect for us
Location: Were at the Festival du Loup in Lafontaine which was only a 15/20 min drive around beautiful country lanes.
Century old house, loved the antiquities, the hostess gave us a brief history of the house which I found quite interesting.

Great B&B in Midland
Posted 5 Sep 2017Spent a night at the Captains House on a father-son getaway weekend. Nice and close to everything in Midland (walk to the docks, boat cruise, downtown) and short drive to Penetang, Discovery Harbour, Saint Marie, Wye Marsh, Balm Beach. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful old house. Comfy bed. Friendly proprietors. Pretty solid all around choice!
