My husband showed up after 10 hours of travelling. They claimed they had no reservation and no rooms were available. They refused to provide a refund!

Feces on the sidewalk and gravel landscaping. People smoking pot everyday around the entrance forcing guests to walk through the stench. Hallway carpets were filthy. Trash piled up out front. Tub spout very loose and extremely difficult to divert water to the shower head.
