Our room did not get cleaned the whole time we were there. House keeping did not provide clean towels.

First off, I only received one key second the young lady called me down to the front desk after running my card for incidentals to tell me that she didn’t complete the sale when I informed her that the charge was pending on my account. She then told me to calm down, which I had not expressed any anger or had was not upset in any manner I had to remind her. She was being offensive to the customer I requested her manager, was not able to speak with her, not on Duty, the outlets in the room were not working properly. The refrigerator was not cold and the toilet did not have adequate flushing abilities. I have stayed at this property before, but this was the last time.

La puerta del shower no cerraba, no funcionaban las tomas para cargar los celulares, y la lámpara del escritorio la tuvimos que desconectar porque no funcionaba el apagador…
