The property was not habitable. The fabric on bed and love seat was stained and burned, the furniture destroyed and smelled like a 200 year old ash bucket.

Heat was broken. Shower was decent.

Very rude staff... rufused to even give refund on there broken soda machine or put cups in the room

Posted 22 Oct 2018 on HotelsUpon arriving in the office, the clerk was not a people person. He asked if I wanted a smoking room and I said no. He then asked me again.."are you sure you don't want a smoking room". Again, same answer. I asked if there was room on the second floor, he said no. There absolutely no cars in the parking lot. When we opened the door to our room, we immediately noticed a stale smell of smoke and/or milldew. I went to the office and explained that and turned in my key. I asked for a refund or partial refund and was told no. We found another hotel.

Average place to study. Great location.
