This inn was so special. We only stayed for one night and in that short period of time felt so welcomed and so at home. The property and the inn itself are absolutely beautiful and completely updated. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and Telly and Leeza were so friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to return for a longer weekend!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay last week. The owners were very nice and informative. The breakfast was delicious. Even though it’s not in Newport, the mansions are only 1.5 miles away. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful family business. Clean, excellent room. Wonderful service. Awesome breakfast included. Highly recommend. Easy walk to the beach and to cliff walk

Very nice Inn close to First Beach and The Cliff Walk. The Inn is very well kept inside and out. It is on a main road which makes it a bit noisy during the day but at night traffic eases up so sleeping was not a problem for us. The complimentary breakfast was generous and delicious! We also had lunch one day which was also very good! Will be back!

Very nicely kept and the made-to-order breakfast was very good. The owner that we met, Leeza, was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and close to the elevator but quiet.

family style comfortable inn
Posted 25 Jul 2024 on HotelsThis was a simply clean and pleasant place to stay. LIsa at the desk was always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good...and it's free!!! Though it is out of the main Newport area, it is easy to get to.
