Staff slow at replenishing the breakfast food . Requested eggs and bacon because empty and it took about 30 min. Mopping floor with soaked rag. Staff was very friendly overall

Found and killed a cockroach in my room. When I brought it up to the front desk the clerk said. What would you like me to do about it.. it’s 2am.
Customer service is a big factor for me and this was awful. When you pay 332 for a 1 night stay I would think this would have been handled way different.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I was able to take the bus to Smodcastle in Atlantic Highlands. It’s not far from the Middletown train station. I was there during the week so it was very quiet. Breakfast was very nice. Check in & out were very easy. There’s a grocery store within walking distance.

I enjoyed the options for the free breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, various fruits and drinks, muffins, snack bars, etc. Outback Steakhouse on the same property. Plenty of parking spaces. Clean inside and out. Friendly staff.

Property was superbly clean! But otherwise it didn’t offer much to be such an expensive stay. Please lower your nightly rates so people will be more inclined to stay beyond one night.
