Heard snoring from the room next door and chair rolling from upstairs employees cooking fish in the other room. Hallway Floor hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Stain on the chair in my room and molds on the shower curtains. Just a horrible place!!

TV in room did not work. Room felt dingy & stuffy.

It was very good for what a budget hotel is supposed to be. I liked the fact it had no carpeting; it felt cleaner and updated. I was in the area for a few nights and just wanted a place close by, a clean room and comfortable bed. My only negatives were that the shower water pressure was weaker than I like. The bed could've been more firmer and the tv channel choices a bit more robust. The free breakfast was okay. Some protein like eggs, bacon sausage would've been nice, but I get that they're expensive. The pool looked very nice but I did not go in. It was on a busy roadway but the old style ac white noise kept it quiet and kept the room nice and cold. It was convenient to lots of food and shopping choices; i would go back if in the area again.

Outside of the front desk employee who was very nice, this stay was very unpleasant. The room was not as described. We were supposed to have a single king bed and instead had two double beds. The bathroom door would not open fully and was obstructed by the toilet. The beds were wet from the blankets not being dried properly. Hand soap in the body wash dispenser. Poor A/C units that did not work properly. Additionally the power switch for the room was located where light switches were supposed to be. It was quite noisy and the area is unsafe. I will not be staying at a red roof again for these reasons
