Great place. This is my 3rd return visit to Dolphins and have been in a different style room each time. All have been greatly presented and made to feel like home. Management also very accomodating in doing their best to change our room while working night shift and having some very noisy renovations next door.

A lovely property and reasonably central to the area. Shops are an easy 5 minute drive. A great base to explore Albany from. One of the cleanest properties I've stayed at.

When I arrived and read I was to do some house cleaning I was surprised since the place wasn't so clean to warrant a demand to do any form of cleaning besides for obvious reasons proper guest etiquette. Other than this the place was pretty good.
