I was there as I was attending a gig at the Town Hall, very friendly staff, nice breakfast and clean, exactly what I needed, the only thing I will point out, is they need to refresh their QR code for reviews plus their email link as neither work any longer.

As always, this hotel is a little dated, and the bathroom sinks are too small to be practical. It needs some TLC. There was a leak from the upstairs room on the day of leaving, but, saying that, everyone can have a bad day. I will continue to stay here; it's the first time I have had any issues, and the staff are always friendly, attentive and always willing to help.

Hotel was a bit doggy. When you enter there is no reception area but rather a security room. Staff was kind and helpful but the whole experience was bad. The rooms are cold and old. You can hear everyone in the halls or even noises coming from other rooms. The rooms were not clean, it seems that no one has taken care of the shower and there were even marks on the toilet seat. Even though the staff changed our rooms because some of them had awful colours and were in poor conditions, the night was ruined because the bed felt dirty and noises coming from everywhere.
