The hot tub and pool were a great way to relax after we checked in. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean upon arrival.

No refund was offered. No refund policy. We had a sick child in the hospital. Room was inadvertently booked for a future date. No refund due to expedia having a no refund policy. Very disappointed. Dissatisfied. Did not get to use the room on the date it was reserved for. My fault for not reading fine print, but it was a terribly stressful weekend.

It was dirty. They switched my rooms and the room was still dirty but not as dirty as the previous one. There was a lady name momma glo. She came to clean my bathroom because I broke some glass. She cleaned that bathroom really well.

Check in was easy. Everyone very friendly. The room was out of date and worn. Bed was not comfortable at all and the bedside stands needed dusted. Fortunately we were just there for one night.
