The front desk staffer let me borrow a phone charger when I forgot mine; he trusted me to return it when I was finished. I really appreciated both his effort to find an appropriate charger and his trust that I'd return it.

Good location to stay if visiting middlebury.

The property was clean and well maintained. We had a room on the side facing the street (VT RTE 7) which must be a truck route as there were trucks passing all night. The staff is what made this location shine though. Friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Our tv didn’t work. Juan tried everything, but had to set us up in a different room. He helped move us..
