"The staff were most helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious, though they never had black tea, for some reason. The room was clean and most comfortable. "It’s a basic hotel, the room is very basic and the towels are on the small/thin side but it was clean, good shower, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right by local transport, the beautiful Antwerp Central Station, and within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The reception area is also a nice touch, with cozy seating for relaxing or chatting, and even a balcony for enjoying a coffee. The only drawback is the bathroom setup. Didn't like the pillows as they weren't to my preference. Hotel is well situated and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. Free hot drinks in the bar was welcome. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Wouldn't hesitate to use again "
