Posted 16 Feb 2020 on HotelsSimon and Peter were the perfect hosts and real love and care had gone into every detail. It’s a beautiful Period property that has been modernised to a very high standard very sympathetically. The room was spacious and well appointed with a huge bed and lots of sitting options. The bathroom had a big shower and was lovely and modern.
At breakfast the food was delicious and top ups of coffee freely offered. The breakfast room is beautiful with lovely decoration and a stunning clock, it really was easy to imagine yourself back in time. The attention to detail was particular abundant with great presentation at breakfast.
The warm welcome and genuine hospitality shined and was what made our stay so special. I would recommend the property highly and will certainly be going back.
