Great location but horrible service they dont have a front desk, just security. I paid for an ocean view and they couldn't do anything about it. I don't recommend and beware.

Communication with staff was a challege and there is no access to front office after 5 pm which is absurd..unless one has a private phone there is no in room telephone to call anyone in an emergency and they are doubling charging me for my stay which is unacceptable

Stayed 3 nights, double and sofa bed. 10th floor with good bay view. Room keys had to be replaced twice before we could enter first time. Others seemed to have the same issue. Rooms not sound proof. Check-in was confusing as front-desk at the property services multiple companies it seems. Lobby and front access were often busy and chaotic. Bathroom needs refurbishment. Room floor seemed a bit sticky. Air con was good and beds were comfortable. Basic kitchenware was provided. Good fridge space. Pool included and beach access from there.
