Loved staying here. Everything you need is on property. Staff was exceptional! Good options amazing as well. The tower we stayed in was great but two small issues:
1) All three elevators seemed to not be functioning at the same time so this made it frustrating to get up and down without a wait for a few full ones to go by.
2) The shower heads absolutely need to be replaced. For such a gorgeous space the water pressure and shower to be horrible is a miss.
Other than those two issues. AMAZING And would go back, even with all the choices in Miami.

huge resort, walkable to a lot, but not in the main south beach strip. you can sit more by the party-pool or in a quieter area - it's a good combination of partiers / families / couples!

My family and I, that’s three rooms…, Arrived at 10:30 AM. They had a room ready that was an upgrade and it was amazing. The staff is friendly, efficient, professional, empathetic, and excited to take care of the clients that arrive. Such enthusiasm is rare.
