Easy to park, there is parking lot next to hotel, the parking fee which was reasonable. The room I booked for one night is much bigger than in the picture. I will be back if I revisit Miami.

Our stay started off with some unfortunate mishaps. First we couldn’t check in to our room until 4:40pm due to the maid ‘cleaning it’. Got to the room and there was hair in jacuzzi outside and rust in the same tub. Also upstairs the rug was still wet. Our fridge didn’t work either. I was so exhausted from an early morning flight didn’t go to front desk till 8:30 am the next day to advise them of this. I told them everything going on - fridge, broken toilet paper holders, wet floor and hair in jacuzzi and they assured me they would send someone to the room. We left for the morning and came back several hours later. We arrived back to see nothing was handled. I had to call again. Customer relations was very helpful and had someone finally bring a fridge. However nothing else was handled. She however did offer a a small refund for our inconveniences and provided a late check out. She offered to move our room to a different room also but it was too much work to do that, as we were 3 women and had bachelorette decor everywhere and we were leaving the next day. I spent so much time at the front desk I didn’t want to waste another minute of my vacation packing up my stuff and moving to another room. I lost too many hours already dealing with nonsense.

The main pool was closed for most of our stay (3/5 days) and the hotel did not notify us before our stay so we could make other arrangements or compensate us in any way. The wifi did not work on all of our devices (phones, tablets and laptops) for our entire stay and when I asked the front desk for help they said it’s working fine for them so it must be all of our devices. There was garbage on our balcony from the previous guests which was not cleaned all 5 days of our stay, so I can imagine how not thorough the rest of the cleaning was. None of the pools get sun after the morning (12pm noon) because it goes behind the hotel (not the hotels fault but not ideal for a beach vacation). Property overall was dated.

room maintenance could be better - didnt get the iron and stand when called until next day. one already in the room was broken and iron wont work - valet was good but slow on weekend but asking for tip after every parking. - bathroom commode was not working and flushing so we had to manually flush it by lifting the water tank lid. wont do it again!
