When we called before our stay to confirm the room would have a crib for our toddler as advertised, the man at the front desk informed us the property had no cribs despite the listing mentioning it multiple times in the amenities/description. Once we arrived for our late check in during the middle of the night, prepared to put together a makeshift bed for our toddler, the lady at the front desk put us in a room with a crib. Despite them fulfilling the amenity, it caused a lot of stress for my wife leading up to the stay as we had no backup options available. In addition, right when we stepped inside the room there was sticky candy on the floor that we found scattered throughout the carpet in the room. The bathroom door lock was also broken. However, one of the biggest issues we encountered was the property had no elevator. As a family with 2 young children arriving in the middle of the night and having luggage, it was a surprise to find we’d be carrying our children and suitcases up the stairs, not having a luggage cart as an option. Overall, you get what you pay for.

My stay was horrible with my room and temperature. The sheets had red stains on them for the bed. The refrigerator was not cooling for food. And we had to move the microwave to plug it in to get it to work. They said they were going to send someone the next day to fix the things in the room and never did. Poor staff help and the front desk people did nothing to help me. Also their indoor pool is freezing water.

The bed was quite comfortable but the pillows were small and too firm for me. As being a senior, would be nice if they could update the toilets and sink height.
