Really cute, clean and quaint experience. They offered ear plugs for the near by train but they were not needed. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

I'm so sorry you had a bad experience with the TV, but I hope the rest of your stay exceeded expectations! As soon as I was made aware that your Roku wasn't functioning properly, I went to troubleshoot it and got it working. I wasn't aware until after your check out that you still couldn't figure it out after that; I thought the problem had been resolved. Should you ever find yourself in that predicament again, please reach out to us ASAP so we can take care of you! Thanks for staying with us, and we hope to see you back again.

First time staying at Bridge Inn. Room was very clean

Check in process was simple - everything prearranged with personal numeric code for access to the room. The suite was clean, well appointed, and beds were comfortable. Two single beds in our room - don’t know if all the suites are like that. The hotel is in two buildings, obviously converted - sit near an old bridge near the shore (hence the name). The windows were OK but not much of a view (but not a deal breaker). New Buffalo is a short 10 min drive away (we were visiting family there and that’s why we stayed). I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for staying! Our suite accommodations vary, but all rooms feature at least a living room with full-size sofa sleeper, breakfast table and kitchenette, private bathroom, and separate bedroom. Some suites have 2 twins, while others have 1 queen. We also have some 2-bedroom suites available (queen beds) should you ever need different sleeping accommodations in the future. Thanks for staying with us!

I did not actually stay here, but my customer service experience with them is my reason for this review. I had booked a stay for one night in this charming looking tiny inn, and was contacted a few days prior to our planned stay by the manager or owner, Anna, who informed us that unfortunately due to HVAC issues she would have to cancel our stay.
She offered us either a discount off of a future stay, or a 50 dollar credit to the Bridge restaurant next door, and we took her up on the latter. She recommended a number of nearby places to stay instead, and we wound up getting a cheaper room at the Blue Chip casino nearby, and used our fifty dollar credit on some good drinks and typical Americana appetizers. Will definitely stay here if in the area again.

You're so kind! Hope you had a great trip, and sorry about the snafu. Thanks for looking on the bright side and finding some good that came out of the unfortunate change of plans.
