Nice and friendly staff and good people all the things you could ask for rides to and from your cruise or airport

Good staff that helps and friendly got everything you need and ask for transportation to your cruise and airport for FREE

I would stay here again but not for the free shuttle - they share with 2 other hotels and people waited 2-3 hours for a shuttle. If you’re a large group needing to stay together, definitely plan on other transportation. The hotel should figure out a way to keep late-comers from barging in the shuttle ahead or those patiently waiting.

We loved the up keep of the room and hotel in general. The water took very long to get hot in the shower, and the heat/cooling was not controllable but over all we loved your rooms, lobby, and your customer service.
