There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". We said we knew they were not open yet (we were half an hour early) but wanted to have a look and possibly see a menu. "You can't see a menu. Get out!", she snarled. We reported this to the dining room manager and I assume he had a word with her, but it was unpleasant to be dealt with in this way. We later learned that they only have an evening buffet, so there was no a la carte menu, but this could have been politely explained to us... On the good side, the pool and lounge area looked beautiful, and it was only a short walk to the beach, where we found a friendly place to eat after having been rudely kicked out of the hotel dining room. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet, and it was quite good. We only stayed for one night. I'm not sure I'd want to go back.

3 star hotel... Not enough sunbeds, disappointed the pool bar wasn’t open.Twice I asked for my room to be made up, could do with a clean in some places. breakfasts were good, slow service at bars, cheap prices though..lovely surrounding are, close to sea, plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Saying all that, Excellent value for money.. I would go again and thoroughly enjoyed my stay ..

Very good. We felt relaxed during our stay. Nice pool and a breakfast variety. Friendly staff always trying to help

Pros: close to the beach. quiet city
Cons: coffee at the breakfast and more animation the evening. The Jacuzzi should be warmer
Location: very accessible to all. Salou, Tarragona and Barcelone by car or train it takes 2h
Nice place to stay with family. enjoyed the blue sea water, and proximity to the hotel. Very secure.

Nice Hotel Poor Wifi
Posted 10 Jul 2017 on HotelsThe hotel was more suited for family's that a quiet retreat for a couple. Breakfast was very average and wifi coverage was very disappointing. The signal was very weak and intermittent often cutting out and you were unable to go online. The staff were exceptional the front line and the housekeeping nothing was too much trouble.

Posted 19 Jun 2017 on HotelsWe had bed and breakfast , not to English taste not cooked enough ,and always cold , but there was plenty of other things to eat really nice bread , the staff were friendly bar all ok the rooms were clean very quiet at this time of yr some lovely restaurants nearby ,also the beach is near all in all we had a really good time .

Posted 16 Jul 2015 on HotelsClean and tidy hotel a short walk to the beach and bars .We were there early July and was fairly quiet around the hotel so service was good. There was a hot and cold buffet option for breakfast which was ok .
