The hotel’s ambiance was unpleasant, reminiscent of a damp basement. The photographs displayed on the Expedia rental page were inaccurate. The pool was out of service, and the hotel room keys registered incorrectly, necessitating frequent visits to the front desk. The hotel room itself was unsatisfactory, emitting an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was plagued by leaks, and the overall experience was far from satisfactory, deviating significantly from the positive reviews and images provided by Expedia.

Hotel staff were nice but our room's carpet was damp and it smelled of mildew when we entered the room.

I stayed at this property for a couple of nights and the service was excellent. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, nice and easy check in and check out. Highly recommended for a short stay.

The property was so convenient to where I needed to be. The room we stayed in was nice and clean. The staf were friendly as well. I would definitely book again at this location.

The staff were very friendly however this property is way too far from the popular malls, and restaurants. The property is not well maintained and a lot of work is needed on the property. Not someplace I would stay again.
