It was cute but the beds were rock solid & the communication was lacking at best

The area is perfect, breakfast was good although takes a long time to get served. Some of persons at check in not so nice and not very good communicating breakfast times and inclusion etc. I had to ask about breakfast times and if it is included.

The TVs weren’t working in the rooms for a week before our stay and the property did not mention this. The Murphy beds have hard rails that you can feel through the thin mattress, we requested towels and pillows 6 times over 3 days and no one ever brought anything or cleaned the room. We left early and we will dispute the charges.

I liked staying at yotel hotel everything went well except when we kept having to call to order towels it wasnt any face or actual body towels in the room & we called guest services we kept having to check for a status update we called 4-5 times over the course if 2 hours they kept saying wait someone is on the way now i finally was able to just go downstairs the guy at the front said oh we dont have any request for your room very odd but he helped us right away! After that smooth experience breakfast was great & the front desk people are so kind & pleasant

Hotel staff was very nice and polite. The problem we had is that when we asked for things it took hours or just never arrived.
