This is most terrible of hospitality, the facility is dirty, the personal are so mean especially the front desk staff.. I’m sorry but I will never recommend this place !!

False advertisement
Posted 17 Apr 2023 on HotelsVery false advertisement nothing compared to the photos online. Room didn’t even have a microwave. No beach towels available even though we were charged a resort fee daily. The pool only gets cleaned once a week according to front desk. Horribl experience!

Not worth it,
Posted 10 Apr 2023 on HotelsRoom had roaches, white towels had old stains. Location is good but not worth it. Many pool lounge chairs were broken, dont know why they still have them around the pool. Part of the building is collapsing. They charged $16 for resort fee per person I asked for pool towels was told housekeeping didn't bring them to the lobby, I wasnt expecting luxury, just a clean room and free of pest and mold. I told them my room had roaches, the receptionist offered me a different room, asked me to go check if it didn't have roaches because she never had a complain from that room but was not giving me what they call a kitchen wich is microwave and fridge. I told her when I book it said the room had those two. I only got a fridge had to throw away my leftovers that I needed to heat up.
Staff is very aware of the issue. I only stay in the new room because it had better AC, you cant control it from the room. I STILL SAW A SMALL ROACH IN THE BATHROOM but i stay because it was late night and it didn't seem they were going to give me a refund. The resort fee is a ripoff is not a resort at all. My reservation said it was included a continental breakfast. It did not. I would have had a better experience staying in a motel or farther from the beach. This is my first review, I knew it wasnt a luxurious hotel but the pictures are misleading. Oh and one elevator is out of service and the other looks like soon will be, dont put your family through this.

It is one of the last historic hotels of Florida's French Riviera! It is a sad day when they will close forever on Saturday April 15th
