This hotel was established as an after-thought converting one of many Residence towers into a hotel. Poor Bar. Awful breakfast buffet. In general, I was surprised to find a Ritz-Carlton that doesn't deliver real value.

I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service and making sure I felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. The food was good with a decent variety to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The highlight, though, was the incredible ocean view from my room. It was breathtaking and unbelievably relaxing perfect for a peaceful getaway. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. One thing to note: the hotel does show a bit of its age, so if you’re looking for something ultra-modern and cutting edge in terms of design, you might notice some wear. However, this was by no means a deal breaker. The exceptional service and stunning views more than make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very old for the price, there was smell in the room and it was too late to go down, next day we told them, and they didnt adjust price or something, we stayed just one night and payed 2.5 days cause we arrived early and left 4 pm, we thought they would at least have the gesture to discount the .5 day

We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year.

Wonderful Hotel in North Miami Beach
Amazing hotel in a quiet section of North Miami Beach. The hotel was comfortably decorated, had great room amenities and the staff was very friendly and service oriented. Would definitely return when back in Miami Beach.
