Hola Evert, mantenimiento revisó el aire acondicionado de tu habitación y la razón por la que no enfriaba adecuadamente es porque estaba en la configuración de "ventilador" y no en "enfriamiento". Nuestra excelente ubicación en el centro de Miami hace que sea fácil disfrutar de todo lo que Miami tiene para ofrecer. Somos consistentemente la propiedad con el precio más bajo en el área y nos esforzamos por brindarle un excelente valor por su dinero.

It is older than i expected

The property was old and in poor condition. The rooms were extremely small. The bathroom didn’t have a sink. The sink was in the sleeping area of the room. The room was cooled with a window air conditioner. The elevator was old and in poor condition. The elevator cab smelled like grease

Hi Michael, you never came to the hotel. You were made aware that a last minute cancellation is non-refundable since you were past the cancellation period, and this is stated on the hotel policy which you agreed to. As a courtesy, the hotel granted you a future credit which you accepted.

We had to park a block away. The rooms only had 1 bed. Didnt feel clean we didnt feel safe. For the money we spend to stay here was not worth it.

Posted 4 Apr 2024 on HotelsNot sure where to start but oh boy… pictures made the room look bigger but when you get there the rooms are a lot smaller including the bathroom…. Idk what hotel keeps a sink outside of the bathroom but this is a first and definitely last time. Me and my friend were shocked by how small the room was since we had a couple suitcases. The room was very neat but it was not clean at all!! I found dead bugs behind the fridge while looking for outlet sources to charge my electronics and came across it. Me and my friend were very disgusted and had to book another hotel. I do give props to the lady at the front desk for being very welcoming and assisting us to our room. Overall, wouldn’t rebook this place again.

It is not uncommon for newer hotels and remodels to have the sink outside of the bathroom when when they are smaller in size. The pictures depict the size of the room, which is not very big. We are consistently the lowest-priced property in the area and strive to give you great value for your money.
