The pool deck was wet and slippery and I had a bad fall. No one seemed to care that I was hurt and could not enjoy the cocktail my friend just bought me. They should have at the very least not charged me for the drink I could not drink

- great location, short walk to where you want to be in south beach.
- music at pool (even during week days) was a bit too loud, but it is "party hotel" so whatever, I feel like it could be a the music could be less "aggressive" during the week days.
- The bike rental is a nice option, but be careful you are given 2 hours complementary, if you return the bike after 2h and 1 min you would pay for a third hour ($10/hour)
- F45 classes is such a nice perk - check the class schedule online and reserve your spot at the reception!
- Rooms are small, so don't expect to have lots of room to move around lol
- One day the hotel was short of towels, hope that is not the norm.

This was an awesome place to stay at when in the area. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The room is clean and it has everything you could want while on vacation.
