The hotel elevator need some reprogramming. The room was perfect for a 4-day stay and the location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful

This place was a 1 night stay. It was clean, staff was friendly and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach which was just across the street. But the only problem was, there was NO parking on site. You either do valet parking which was $40 (but says $35 on paper) or self park about 3 blocks down(from what i was told).

The elevator had a mind of its own. You can press your floor you going too and it will ride right pass your floor and stop at a floor that wasn’t press and no one still didn’t get on. Other than that the food was great!!!

Customer service was great!! The room was pretty noisy but it suited us just fine for 2 nights before a cruise out of Miami
