The Sonesta was a great hotel ! It was gated which made the property super safe. Our room was cleaned to perfection. Staff was super sweet overall but there was one particular manager that had a horrible attitude no matter what day/time it was. Food was great and managing getting to and from our room was east despite one of the elevators being broken. I loved that there was a shuttle for the airport which allowed me to keep a couple of dollars in my pocket in uber fees. Overall 9/10 and would stay here again.

Very clean, modern, look to be recently renovated room.bar and restaurant were nice and service excellent.

Appreciated the 4am shuttle but one of the elevators was down and the air condition in the main areas leading to the room was extremely cold.
Bathroom and room were clean.
Hotel was basic and provided close accommodation to rhe airport. Some shopping was also in close proximity (Marshalls, DSW, Burlington, Five Below, Ross Dress For Less

Disappointed that I had to pay for parking when I already paid for long term
