Overall not a horrible experience, but i won’t go back. The only parking is valet and it takes forever. The rooms (at least my room) was very old, brittle, bugs, and smelled. Good location, but like I said will never go back to this hotel.

30 minutes after checking in. My daughter sat down on the sofa in the room and she fell off and one of the sofa legs broke off. The window blinds we’re broken in many areas. The furniture and furnishings we’re so old. The place was unsafe. The pool was broken and not in operational uses for months.

The room was fully functional and all expedia information before your reservation we inform that the pool will be closed. Everything in the apartment works, the futon was in good condition before you checked in.

I liked the penthouse but didn't like the roaches that came with it.

absolutely horrible stay, the place was falling apart. The person never returned me a $300 refund and we got a very downgraded room. They claimed to have contacted me about the room being unavailable yet no notifications from hotels.com or email. The AC unit was broken and did not cool down any of the rooms. There was water in the kitchen all over the place and from the AC vent. The place was a mess and looked like someone just threw things all over the place. 0/10 don't go here and avoid at all cost as the manager is a liar.

We stayed in 1bedroom apartment with three beds. It was the perfect size for family of four (2 and 4 years old kids). This room was nice and clean but the washing machine was moldy and the dishwasher didn't wash the dishes and was very noisy. We had to wait 10 minutes for hot water. It was really hard to wash our oily dishes after cooking. The hotel seems very old. The area around swimming pool was dirty and it looked like nobody took care of it. There were only a few chairs for all guests of the hotel. Water in the swimming was dirty as well. Beach was okay. There is no restaurant/cafe/shops nearby (except these in the hotel) and you have to always travel by car. The coffee in the small shop in the hotel was horrible. There is a nice playground about 5 minutes walking south on boardwalk.
