Lobby is nice. Room was noisy from construction and people next door. Garbage in the hallway was still there after a week. Beach chairs were only there one day of the week I was there. Front desk staff was unusually unfriendly. Not a typical of Radisson property. Never again!

Rooms were clean. Good food and drinks. Pool and outdoor area is very beautiful and proximity to a beautiful beach is unmatched. No negatives at all.

When I first got there Iwas able to check in early and check out before Noon which was good since my flight was at night. 🤗
Loved the location with beach access.
Workers were ALL friendly.
Hotel showers were HOT which was great!
Only negative thing was that the AC temperature would only go to 68.
Overall great stay.

When we first arrived it took valet way too long to come take our keys after looking at us, and sitting there doing nothing in between taking care of everyone else but us. They were rude and communication was horrid. Front desk unfortunately could barely answer any of my questions. The bathroom sink was disgusting looking like it hasn’t been wiped down in days. The coffee situation in the room itself was odd, only one cream packet for two people? Super thin walls could hear everyone and everything including slamming doors all around us. You’re next to the street so you can hear all of that as well. No room service from the restaurant was pretty odd to me. They seem to not have enough staff. The only nice thing was that we were on the beach and could walk to it. This place needs so much work, and I would not recommend nor stay here again.

1. Took 25 mins for check in as there was only 1 attendant
2. Tried reaching out to front desk several time to request adding Radisson membership number to the booking; no response ever
3. One of the two rooms had a major leak
4. Long queue again for checkout as there was only 1 attendant
