By Far the best place to stay in Miami, I’m from Miami so when I fly in from Seattle I stay here every time for the past 3 years!! Great staffing and very friendly! I haven’t been here in a year so they have a new staff now!! Housekeeping is amazing and very friendly and helpful! So I saw new faces and they was thinking it was my 1st time until they looked me up and was like you the building and service!! lol close to the airport free parking!! I’m an African American and most of the staff is From Cuban or South American so no racism at all!! That’s the part I love the best!!! Southern Hospitality with diversity of Love!! I’ll be back next month!! Much Love from the 305!!

The van took forever to come to the airport like over an hour. He smelled like alcohol and not rubbing alcohol. The hotel was Clean and nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t enough wash clothes in the room it was only 1 I tried calling the front desk. no answer, I went down to the front desk and the lady said that the staff for room service didn’t start until 9:30am but we had to check out at 11:30 the longest they could extend was 30 minutes she gave me hand towels that’s all she had access to at the time. (Suggestion if you don’t have the staff to accommodate for room service at least have a variety of towels for the front desk to access.) but they did store our bags for us while we went to breakfast.

Do not stay at this hotel horrible management would rather pay more for better experience and customer service
