I saw a roach in the room. Requesting towels at front desk in the morning didn’t receive them until the evening. Pool was nice but the jacuzzi didn’t work. Security at front gate was unaccommodating and alittle rude.

Poor cleaning of room....so much dust when i check in...house keeping came to clean but did a very poor job....leave one toilet paper for a room with two people....things went wrong from checkin because i book a a room with one king size bed but on entering the room it was two single beds...kitchen was very workable....for sure i would not be returning to that hotel.

The the property is beautiful our room was beautiful and clean however the jacuzzi did not work major major disappointment

The property itself looked grim and dirty , vent above checkin area was black and dirty . The fort room we were assigned room 309 was filthy ! Black curtains , stains everywhere in furniture , floors were very dirty and had a terrible smell . We could not get passed it and asked to be moved to another room . They moved us to room 601 still was dirty however not as bad as the first one. Rooms deny dirty and icky . Bathrooms were gross . I also have pictures
