I ask anyone who is debating to rent it, don't do it! This place ruined my entire vacation as a result of mold in the carpets on the walls and in the air conditioning system. My health was compromised and I was sick for two weeks because of it, a smelly and disgusting place. I ask you not to let the beautiful pictures of the place buy you, this is a dangerous place for your health!!! , one night later I visited the doctor and he was shocked by the photos I took of the apartment, besides everything full of insects and cockroaches walking around

Updated property but very accommodating for a girls weekend. Rental was easy to communicate with property manager. The only down side was advertised that we’d have the garage, but it was full of stuff so we couldn’t park in it (honestly not a big deal but just FYI) Will be using this in future trips to Miami for football or concerts.

This property is great, nice quirky lay out and has loads of potential to be a luxury accommodation. We arrived and there were a couple of things not major that needed seeing too. Tucker was quick to respond and quick to resolve these issues. The property as mentioned on other reviews is surface clean. It does need deep cleaned and a a bit of tlc ( painting and general maintenance). The kitchen is small yet has everything you need. It was great having the extra space compared to a hotel room. You can also use the pool and gym that’s on the complex. We never hired a car so relied on public transport and ride share apps. That was fine as we knew this before but if you would like to be walking distance to shops do your homework first if you don’t enjoy lots of walking. I would also like to add Tucker were great when I asked if we could potentially stay another night because of the hurricane (we didn’t need it though) Overall it’s a great property and a very fair price

Great stay for a family of five! Easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants or golfing! Everyone was very accommodating and answered questions promptly. Nice pool and gym as well! Would definitely stay again!

The compound, building and facilites were very nice, however the unit was very musky, it was surface clean, but I think it require a deep cleaning for the carpets and beds.. We all got sick from the dustiness

My family and I had a 2 night stay at the property. We were impressed with the setup and use of space. We felt safe, there was not too much traffic and it was close to shopping. We loved that the seating area was away from the bedrooms. What I would recommend is that a thorough cleaning is done as there was a smoke scent when we entered, some cobwebs in the corners with little house spiders and dust in certain areas. Finally there was only 1 thermostat which was downstairs that needed to cool the entire unit which means it had to be placed on a cold setting to cool the upstairs unit. That also meant that those downstairs would be colder. Overall, we had a great stay and would consider staying again. By the way, the communication with the property was superb!!

I liked the location and the parking. I didn’t like workers blocking my driveway and garage, not getting a call back after reporting the situation, not getting housekeeping back after reporting an excess of black dust/dirt on the furniture. There were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

The accommodation is excellent in every way. Very well equipped, excellent location. Tucker's service is very efficient, they are very attentive to check in and check out. The only negative detail is that it lacks a little maintenance, for example the blinds on the balcony door are in poor condition and the shutter does not work perfectly. It also has some paint details to correct. Apart from this, it is a highly recommended place and I would return without a doubt.
