My room was beautiful and have no complaints about that except for the location of my room where it was right over the bar area, so during the evening times when they would play music, it would be very loud. Thankfully, around 8:30 PM they close and I was able to sleep. When I book the room, it said that there was valet and parking. However, when I got there they had done away with the ballet and there was zero parking. So I had to walk a few blocks over to a parking garage and walk back, which I didn’t feel as safe as I had intended to be as I was alone as a . I chose this hotel based upon what I saw when I booked and what it had to offer as far as safety and more. Other than that, the room was very nice and the staff was very nice as well.

In town for business meeting, unaware or advised of a resort fee until check in. Every time I requested any assistance, was told not available, could not help me. etc. $25 for a simple breakfast???? For what was paid, the value was not at all realized.

A nice property close to the convention center. The parking at the public lot across the street was $160 for 3 days. My room had a view of a bunch of discarded toilets along the property next door but I wasn’t in my room much so it wasn’t a huge factor.

No parking. Had to spend an additional $80 to park.
