It was a trouble experience from start to finish!
They kept saying they were fully booked during check-in and check-out even though Expedia had the same type of room available on their website for both dates!
There is hardly anything around the area eat/drink wise and so the hotel thinks it’s ok to open the pool bar at 1pm and the lobby bar at 8:30pm!
We were forced to check out at 11am (no wiggle room at all even though like I said earlier they weren’t fully booked) and instead of sitting around in a hotel that didn’t cater for its guests we are now sitting in the airport 5 hours before our flight!
Avoid this hotel, pay a bit less and stay somewhere better.

I enjoyed having a full kitchen that saved on eating out everyday...the close proximity to the malls and different stores, and restaurants...the breakfast included in the stay...the staff...pretty much everything made our stay enjoyable and relaxing

It was a great centralized location from the airport, malls and shops.
Sofa pull outs need to be checked more, the mattress inside was quite dirty.
The weather was sour, but the stay was great. The pool and recreation location was great. I wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities they had to offer.

Stayed there a few days with my son and mother. Minor issues but workable.
