Not one Ice machine or soda machine was working on any floor. I went to the front desk to ask for two waters, he charged me $3.50 a piece for a warm bottle of water. I had no hot water in the shower. I get its convenient if you missed a flight in Miami, however, I would stay somewhere else the next time. I thought it was hilarious that their website says "sound proof rooms", you can hear everything! My husband was knocking on our door and the room next to us came to their door.

Great location. I would recommend Expedia add how to get to the hotel from rental car center and drop off lot.

Nice that the hotel is right in the airport. It's a bit tricky to find, depending on where you're coming from, but once there, it's a relief
