The property was well maintained, very clean, and easy to navigate. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Loved this property!! The staff are extremely nice. The room was spotless clean. We really enjoyed the complimentary things they offered. There was something different each day....Complimentary beer and wine at Happy Hour, ice cream, smoothies, beer tasting, bingo and wine, to name a few activities.... all of which were complimentary! The hotel is steps from South Beach AND the hotel provides a beach cart with 2 chairs, towels, an umbrella and an attached cooler. Also, upon entering the room, there was a complimentary welcome basket with champagne and treats. HIGHLY recommend staying here if visiting South Beach!!

Staff was always super helpful, professional, and attentive. JC and Edward were especially exceptional in their customer service. Both went out of their way to assist us.
Beach cart in room was a fantastic perk! We loved the rooftop happy hours and empanadas! Perfect location—on the strip (Ocean Drive), but at quiet end closed off to cars. Tons of restaurants nearby and across street from beach. Lovely beach views from the roof top lounge area, a nice bonus area. Made up for not having a pool.
We were there five days and it was the perfect hotel for us. Fridge and microwave, balcony, free washers and drivers with free detergent.
Only downside was that the Uber pickup spot was a block away on Collins/14th. Drop off spot was fine at 1400 Ocean. But, this is more of an Uber issue than the hotel’s. Also, time share hawkers in the lobby, especially Patricia, were kind of annoying, but probably expected at a timeshare hotel (and we are already Marriott Vacation Club owners).
