They refused to admit me on a prepaid booking Because i hadn't my CC. They refused to change the booking

There’s lots to do in that area Jacki Gleason theater Shopping on Lincoln Road the Miami Beach Convention Center Shopping on Lincoln Road Movie on Alton and Lincoln regal 18 theaters beaches two blocks away Everything is there and the suite is very comfortable

I loved the property but it should have a safe space for smokers to enjoy. We deserve to sit down and smoke in an area away from the entry.

Good afternoon I recently stayed at the Lincoln Arms hotel. Around 5am I went to get more ice from the rooftop ice machine. I also had to use the restroom so I decided to use the restroom right next to the ice machine. Would you believe that Rosemary (older Hispanic lady with salt and pepper hair) darted up from the hotel lobby and banged on the bathroom door screaming “why are you in the bathroom”! I was literally sitting in the commode replying “I had to use the bathroom”. Rosemary continued to bang on the restroom door saying “GET OUT OF THE BATHROOM NOW”!!!!!!! This was the most disgusting and racist treatment I have ever experienced at a hotel. I will be posting this negative feedback on the hotel’s website as this was most certainly racist and unprofessional. Thank you for your time Hotel Guest

Hello Keilan, thank you for your review and allowing us the opportunity to clarify your comments. First, our rooftop is closed by 10PM. This information is listed in the lobby and again in the welcome letter that is acknowledged by each guest during check in. Our staff was monitoring the cameras and witnessed someone on the rooftop after hours, especially at 5 AM, so she immediately addressed the situation. The house rules are in place for the safety of all guest and staff and is certainly not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, etc. We appreciate your feedback.
