The young lady who checked us in was wonderful, very pleasant and kind. The lady who checked us out was also very kind and felt awful she couldn't get us conditioner or washclothes/hand towels. Maybe consider having a way for front desk staff to access these necessities for guests before housekeeping arrives. Conditioner isn't a necessity however washclothes are expected for showers and we had none in our room. Only 2 large body towels. Merry Christmas to all

They have roaches, I have pictures of it crawling on the tub, it ran into an open crevice near the tub. There is a big yellow ring above the shower and the bathroom fans don’t work properly the condensation from a hot shower builds up on the walls leaving streaks and there were black specs that I hope we’re not mild and just bad paint job but it didn’t look that way. While the staff is nice the cleaning was not the best. When I first entered my room I had one pillow on my bed and my brother had 2 I didn’t bother to say anything because I only use one pillow anyways. My beds cover had a few red stains on it as well as the towels that were in the room had yellow stains. There was also a disconnect with the front desk staff and the cleaning staff as I paid for late check out at 1 and got told that I had to be out at 12 Overall I do not recommend this hotel I would have rather have paid less for the same treatment at a motel 6

Breakfast was horrible and they have the nerve to have someone sit outside and check you in also they advertise a shuttle service to the port but they only advertise it for $20 but when you pay the $20 that’s a deposit and they charge you an additional $40 total Nowhere does it say that the trip to the port is $60?

The limited breakfast. My room was dirty. It was three of us to a room (i.e myself and my two kids) which I notified them about and only 1 wash cloth was in the room. The bed was not comfortable at all.
