All staff were extremely nice and helpful. Amenities were great, coffee maker was brought to room on request, and extra pods provided when requested. Hotel has a free shuttle to the beach, where they provide a chair and towel. Hotel is also in a great location, near stops for the free trolley, and within walking distance to many attractions. They also provide infused water all day, and cool face cloths, coffee in the morning and wine/sangria in the evenings. The rooftop terrace and pool were lovely as well.

This location is just a 5 min walk from Lincoln road, lots of great restaurants surrounding and grocery stores very close. The staff here is amazing, I wish I knew their names!! From cleaning to front desk and valet always opening the doors. This hotel is pet friendly where both of my dogs were welcome and embraced!!! Thank you

While it's not on the beach they do have a shuttle on the weekends and a past that gets two lounge chairs and towels on a very nice beach. Figure about $10 to $15 for a Lyft.

This place is wonderful. Super comfortable bed they thought of all the little things I would highly recommend it.

Location convenient to Lincoln road but far from the beach The shuttle is available only certain day
Very small entrance and very limited living area
