The bed mattress condition was uncomfortable, the towels were tear and bad shape. Everything else was ok.

credit card was stolen by the valet. the hotel is working on it.

Second time staying at the resort and I don’t think I will stay anywhere else when I’m in Miami. The hotel has excellent amenities that you can enjoy with your loved ones. Free wine every day during a certain time period. Honestly the front day staff is amazing especially (Fernando) every time I see him he asks if everything was ok and if he can help me with anything! Top tier customer service at its best. Great guy he is part of the reason I can back. I told family and friends about my experience. They have intentions to visit the property as well.

The best part was we requested an early check in as we were coming back from a cruise and they had our room ready at 11am, otherwise the check in time is 3pm. Great property, walkable to brickel city center with lot of dinning options.
Would stay here agin.
