Had to follow up multiple times to get my security deposit back. Many bad reviews of the hotel not returning the deposit , they probably don’t return many and hope the guests don’t notice. Old hotel, very noisy due to the old building even though it’s a quiet area but you can hear everything from the street

Hello Perry, we understand that there may have been a delay in your security deposit being reimbursed but we would like to clarify that security deposits can take a few business days to arrive and can be delayed if your bank is outside of the United States.

Hotel staff was extremely accommodating to describe local eateries as well as being personable. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean in general but when i first got there, there was a humid moldy smell in the bathroom (i guess it was coming from the shower curtain). Also, i found a cockroach in the room on the third day. The soap in the bathroom doesn’t smell so good and there was no shower gel but there were shampoo and conditioner. The ac didn’t have a remote so i had to get up every time i want to change the temperature. There was a vending machine inside the hotel but it didn’t work at all. There is no restroom im the lobby and the check in is at 3 pm which is relatively late but they can keep your luggage until check in time. And there is no private parking. The room was small but it was very cozy. There were a good microwave and a big fridge and a coffee machine and an iron with a small ironing table and some hangers and drawers. The lightning in the room is not the best but there were two windows which is nice. The street is very nice and there is a target right in front of the hotel. Transportation is convenient too.

For the price it’s 5 star. Dont expect it to be 5 star quality service or facilities.

While we may not provide services one would find from a boutique hotel we do offer an affordable and convenient place for travelers to stay as our rates are more economic than chain hotels nearby and we are also located near numerous restaurants and businesses in the area.
