Yes, this is Frances Duncan. We stayed in rooms for 19 and four and 514. Our stay was nothing less than horrific we had we had so much trouble such a terrible experience that people were very rude and full of lies. Thank you.

Ideal location with options for dining very close by. Airport shuttle is a bonus. Some staff not very helpful while others were great.

I didn't make I tried to cancel but even though I didn't stay they still charged me for the room I thought I bought the cancelation orotection
