It was walking distance to the ocean park mall that contained many restaurants and shops. Also just a short distance from the people mover (skytrain) and is free.

Next to no parking and employees park in it. And rooms were clean but small and walking in the halls that building is eaten up with black mold in halls

This place was DISGUSTING!!! We stayed there before our cruise and we had to air out our things on the balcony because they smelled so bad!! The room smelled like MOLD and MILDEW and my kids were up all night coughing and sneezing!! We slept in our clothes because we didnt want to touch anything! The pullout couch looked like they pulled it off the curb so all 3 of my kids squeezed into a double size bed. A customer brought down his leftover pizza to ask where to throw it out and the staff started eating his leftovers!!!!!!!! I wish i could give zero stars!!!

We did not like anything. The room smelled so bad that we had to throw away our clothes after leaving there. We were told by staff that there was a pool and then after we arrived, we were told that it had been closed for years.

I stayed from Sunday to Friday and only got my room cleaned once. I asked the front desk 3 times and called but no one came. Also the fan and outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. It was so hard for me to my hair. We also got stuck on the elevator for a few minutes.

We had a fabulous check in. We called last minute from the airport and asked about transportation- there are 8 people f us- and they immediately sent two gorgeous Escalades to pick us up. Ahout out to Ernesto for taking care is us!!!
